I hope that you are enjoying the cooler weather this week as we are moving into Fall!
Construction continues here at church! The Celebration room is moving along. These first few weeks are focused upon preparing the walls and getting them prepared to paint. In a few weeks, construction will begin on other areas. We will keep you posted.
Coming up Sunday in worship, we are entering week two of our sermon series, "Faith Under Construction: The Story of Noah." This Sunday, we will continue in Genesis 6, as God gives the plans of the ark to Noah. In all reality, Noah could have done anything with what God had given him. But the last verse of the chapter says, that "Noah did what God commanded." How? On Sunday, our theme is the "Faith of Noah."
As a reminder, there are no Sunday School classes for adults, youth, or children this Sunday. Also, the office is closed on Monday in obversance of Memorial Day.

This is the last Sunday for the August Mission Collection of hot & cold cereal, benefiting Let’s Help, please put cereal donations on the table in the library. There are only 5 volunteer spots left on the September Doorstep sign up! This is the link to sign up to help our Mission Partner, Doorstep.
