Know...Grow...Go, Focusing on Building Faith, begins at 9:30 am in the Celebration Room. Parents will check in their kids who will then go upstairs to the Children's Discovery area. Ages 3 & 4 attend a pre-school classroom & Kindergarten - 5th grade gather in their own Sunday School classoom.
Chapel Kid's Church, with a Focus on Worship, begins at 10:45 am in the Sanctuary for a children's story time and then the kids go to the Chapel for their very own Church service with Children's Director DeAnna Guzman.
This Fall semester, Wednesday Night Kids (age 5 - 5th grade) will be held Wednesday's, September 11 - October 30, will feature "HEY GOD...Can I ask you something?" Dinner is served at 6 pm followed by activities till 7:30 pm.
Camp Moose on the Loose is a family event planned for Saturday, October 26. The fun begins at 9:30 am in Fellowship Hall at First United Methodist Church, 600 SW Topeka Blvd. Kids and their families will make friends while they craft camp items, sing camp songs, listen to stories, & make a smores prayer craft. Everyone gets to make a foil-packet dinner and eat together. The fun ends at 1:30 pm. All questions should be directed to Laura Reiman.

Topeka First UMC Kids spent a couple weeks learning about Pentecost. They made tie-dye shirts with flaming hand-prints representing the Pentecost flames. On Pentecost Sunday, they flew their kites in the Play & Pray park.
