Each year Topeka North Outreach (TNO) delivers almost 38,000 weekend food sacks to local school kids during the school year AND summer.  The cost of each food sack increased 13% in the last year - from $3.67 to $4.15.  TNO relies entirely on donations and grants to cover the $157,000+ annual cost of food for these sacks.  In April we will be collecting money for TNO to help cover the cost of these food items.  Please look for the special envelopes at each service in April for this collection.  You can also send your check to the church (payable to Topeka First UMC with "TNO" in the memo) or donate online through our website under the "Give Online" tab.
