A Special Sunday at Topeka First UMC: Communion Servers Needed

Greetings, Topeka First UMC Family!

I hope your week is going well!

This Sunday, November 1, is a special day in the life of our church as we observe All Saints Sunday. During worship, we will pause to remember, honor, and give thanks for the lives of those who have completed their earthly journey during the past year. It is a meaningful time to celebrate their lives, cherish their memories, and remember the promise of eternal life through Christ.

We will also gather around the Lord’s Table to celebrate Holy Communion, a beautiful reminder that we are united as one family of faith, both with those who gather beside us and with the great communion of saints who have gone before us.

And this is where we could use your help!

We are still in need of eight additional Communion servers for our 10:45 a.m. worship service. If you are available and willing to serve, we would be especially grateful for your help in making this meaningful part of worship possible.
