Youth Group Dinner Theater News

Greetings Topeka First UMC,

The youth group dinner theater is fast approaching! The youth are presenting "God, Ghosts, and the News," on Saturday, April 18 at 5:00 pm and Sunday, April 19 at 12:00 pm. This is the primary fundraiser for the youth mission trip to Nashville, TN, coming up in June.

There are a number of ways you can help with this fundraiser:

• Praying for the youth group, the dinner theater, and the mission trip.
• By purchasing tickets and attending the dinner theater.
• Donate items of value for the silent auction. Please contact John Roberts by next Wednesday, April 15 if you have items to donate.
• One of the skits this year is based upon the story of Noah's Ark. The Youth are inviting children to come to one or both or the performances dressed as their favorite animal! The children will even get to participage in the skit if they would like to!

The youth have been working hard and have written a few skits that will be performed! We hope that you will join us at one or both of the events. If you have any questions, please let us know.
