How to Watch
Live Streaming Your Way
You Can Do It
We live stream two services every weekend. Our 9:30 a.m. celebration is led by our Praise Band in the Klasse Chapel and the 11:00 a.m. celebration is led by our Sanctuary and Bell choirs in the Sanctuary. Both are streamed to our website, our Facebook page, and through our app. We are dedicated to the concept of creating ways for as many as possible to watch our worship celebrations. Here are some of the ways you can do that!
The Topeka First United Methodist App
You can use the Topeka First United Methodist App on any smartphone or tablet. Go to your app store, search "Topeka First United Methodist" and download the app. Within the app, you can watch our live celebrations as well as our archives or listen to our weekly podcast.
On a Computer
Open a browser and go to our website “forthegoodofthecity.org”. Then click on the tab “Sermons”, followed by clicking on “Live Stream”. We would appreciate your completing the “Register Your Attendance” section, then click on the “Play” button in the center of the window. To view in full-screen mode, click on the two opposing arrows in the lower right of the screen. To exit full screen, press the “Esc” key on your keyboard.
Open Facebook on your smart device or on your computer. Search for “Topeka First United Methodist”. Once you are there, look for a window that has “Live” in the lower right corner. Click on that window to watch our service.
On Your TV
You must have one of the following devices connected to your TV: Roku, Apple TV, or a Chromecast. Go to the app store for your device and download the app Sunday Streams. It will have the image of a highway running through it in the form of an “S”. You can now click on the app to view the live stream and the last 2 weeks of archived sermons. The first time you click on the app, it will ask you to login. The login is forthegoodofthecity.
